High Performance Joint Fillers

CMS produces a comprehensive range of polyethylene, rubber, fibre and cork joint fillers in a range of sections and specialist high performance joint sealants.

Rubbertex
Rubbertex is a high density natural rubber joint filler for use in bridge joints. It is highly resilient with excellent recovery and exhibits low load transfer.

Neotex
Neotex is a rubber joint filler supplied in sheets, rolls or cut strips. It is available in three grades of neoprene:

• Neotex Medium
• Neotex Firm
• Neotex 60

It is also produced in a variety of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 25mm.

Fibretex
Manufactured from highly resilient softwood fibres, with each fibre coated in bitumen, Fibretex has been proven around the world as a valuable joint filler. Whether it be as a joint in traffic surfaces, as a temporary filler or as a filler in separation joints in bricks, concrete and block construction, the highly effective properties of Fibretex ensure reliability and versatility.

Fibretex can completely fill joints under repeated cycles of expansion and contraction as it is highly weather resistant, and not prone to rot or fungal attack. The product is available in a number of thicknesses from 10mm to 25mm.

Korktex
Korktex concrete joint filler is manufactured from graded and selected cork granules bound with high grade bitumen and encased between two layers of tough asphalt coated fibreglass. It is preformed into water and weather resistant boards for easy use when using hand tools.

Korktex is available as 2m x1m sheets in thicknesses of 10mm, 12mm, 20mm and 25mm.
