It is available in two grades which serve different purposes. Gun grade is for use on vertical joints in subways, sea walls, pre-cast panelling and high rise buildings, amongst others, while the pouring grade is used on horizontal joints, such as those in bridges, concrete pavements and pre-cast concrete constructions.
Masterflex has excellent resistance to weathering and biological attack, while remaining extremely adhesive to concrete, brickwork, masonry, steel and glass. It is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents.
