Specialist DPC

CMS offers an extensive choice of specialist DPC products, including the BBA certified Hyload range.

Hyload Original
A polymeric DPC that is ideal for damp proofing walls in brick, block, stonework and concrete in both solid and cavity wall construction.

Hyload HouseBuilder
A domestic grade polymeric DPC specially formulated for the housing contractor. It is more robust than polyethylene and British Standard DPCs often used in residential developments.

Hyload MortarMatch
A superior DPC product that contains no pitch or bitumen. It has excellent tensile strength and puncture and tear resistant properties. The product is available in either brown or white, to match with mortar in brick or stonework.

Permabit
A bitumen polymer sheet material with excellent performance in the areas of tensile, elongation and tear strengths. Permabit also offers the highest mortar adhesion of all CMS DPCs. This is of particular significance in lightly loaded applications such as parapet walls and free-standing walls.

Ruberclose Insulated DPC
The Ruberclose Insulated DPC range meets the requirements of building regulations Approved Document L. The products are formed from bitumen polymer DPC laminated to highly flexible cross-linked polyethylene foam.

Homegard – Pitch Performance DPC
Homegard is a complete DPC package for all housing situations, including constructions made from brick, block, timber, stone or concrete.

Aquagard – Pitch Polymer DPC
The Aquagard damp proof course system offers a total solution to damp proof course and cavity tray situations. It is suitable for use as a DPC in brick, block, stonework and concrete walls of both solid and cavity constructions, in horizontal, vertical stepped and cavity tray situations, as well as in beam and block flooring.

Ledgard – Lead Core Reinforced DPC
A lead-core reinforce damp proof course suitable for inclusion in brick, block, stonework and concrete walls of both solid and cavity construction. It consists of a continuous core of lead, reinforced with a tough, high quality hessian, coated on both sides with a polymer modified bitumen and surfaced with silica sand.
